Quorum Sensing and SYNCOMS

Quorum Sensing

Unlocking the Language of Soil Microbes
Quorum sensing is how soil microbes communicate, using small signaling molecules to coordinate vital activities like:
By incorporating quorum sensing into soil microbial analysis, we provide:
These insights enable sustainable farming practices that improve nutrient availability, promote plant health, and reduce environmental impact.

SYNCOMS Technology

SYNCOMS, or Synthetic Microbial Communities, are tailored communities of microbes designed to perform specific functions. Unlike natural microbial communities, which evolve over time, SYNCOMS are purposefully assembled, allowing for precision in their functionality and predictability in their outcomes.

By leveraging the power of quorum sensing, we can significantly expand the realm of SYNCOMS. This enables more comprehensive and nuanced communication, pivotal in fine-tuning both intra- and inter-microbe behavior.

Whether improving soil fertility, strengthening plant immunity, or supporting optimal growth, SYNCOMS powered by quorum sensing deliver innovative solutions to long-standing agricultural challenges, enhancing plant development, resilience, and health.

FarmXseed Super Formulation Trial Summary

At FarmXseed, our mission began with the development of a super formulation. A breakthrough solution that integrates Biocontrol, Biostimulant, and Biofertiliser into one powerful product aimed at boosting crop productivity and resilience.

To validate its effectiveness, we conducted a 34-day pot trial using Kailan and Lettuce.

  • Group A: Formulation applied group
Crops treated with our super formulation.

  • Group B: Expert nursery group
Crops managed by expert growers without our formulation.

  • Group C: Control group
Standard care without expert intervention or formulation.

As seen in the results, Group A (Formulation Applied) achieved a remarkable 250% increase in crop productivity compared to the Control Group.

Even when compared to expert-managed crops (Group B), our formulation delivered superior outcomes, demonstrating its potential to amplify productivity beyond conventional methods.
